The UK – (England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland) – is the state in Western Europe, particularly on the British Islands. People do call this country in different ways: for some it is the United Kingdom, for the others Great Britain or just Britain. But it doesn’t make any difference for its fantastic “Greatness” and “Beauty”. The UK is perhaps a very powerful country, because it is represented like the alliance of definite countries governed by the Royal Family, namely Queen Elizabeth II. The flora of the UK is presented by dense woods of coniferous trees. As for instance in New Forest region, where the century-old trees grow, since this woods was initially used for royal hunting. However in the lower part of Britain fields and pastures dominate. The climate of the UK is very soft due TO the influence of the warm current. And in all regions it is moderate. The parts of the UK are actually four different countries with their own local features. In England, namely in its capital London there is the biggest number of cultural objects. London attracts tourists with architecture, Royal opera theatre, the London Zoo, huge business centers, shops and markets, exquisite restaurants, museums and, of course, musical festivals. One more mysterious sight that all the tourists are eager to see is the Stonehenge. Scotland is all about mountains, heath lands, rivers and lakes, bagpipe and traditional Scottish whisky. Wales has unbelievable landscapes and wonderful castles of ancient times. The most part of its territory has received the status of a national reserve. Northern Ireland is full of mysteries, miracles and legends that are not explained till nowadays. Here, it is worth visiting Dublin and Belfast and see the bright Irish traditions in local pubs or visit the famous Titanic museum.
